Meet The Team

The Team

At Carling Chiropractic & Sports Injury Clinic in Ottawa, ON, our team of healthcare professionals is here to assist you throughout every visit that you make to our office.

At Carling Chiropractic & Sports Injury Clinic in Ottawa, ON, our team of healthcare professionals is here to assist you throughout every visit that you make to our office. Our chiropractor, Dr. Mallory, provides a range of diversified techniques to help relieve pain and reduce symptoms for patients who have been injured during sports, activities, or in motor vehicle accidents. He focuses heavily on the role the spine plays in overall well-being, and your custom treatment plan will likely include spinal adjustments to reduce your discomfort.

At your first consultation in our office, we will discuss the problems you are experiencing as a result of misalignment. Our chiropractor will perform a basic exam to determine if any other joints or areas are out of alignment. This allows him to focus his treatment on these specific problem areas.

Another member of our team is a registered massage therapist, and she can use her techniques to soothe and loosen sore and stiff muscles after the chiropractor has done his part. Massage therapy is a proven method that aids in healing, especially for athletes and those who have been in accidents. Our muscles have memories, so if you are subconsciously tensing up every time you recall a memory about the accident, it will be difficult to fully heal. Massage therapy offers a great and relaxing way to release the stress of the experience and allow the muscles to remain soft and relaxed.

At Carling Chiropractic & Sports Injury Clinic, we offer our services to patients throughout the Ottawa area. Our staff members live locally and are part of the community, so we enjoy treating and working with patients who are our friends and neighbours.
