At Ottawa’s Carling Chiropractic & Sports Injury Clinic, our Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) is fully accredited with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
Considered a comprehensive hands-on treatment, registered massage therapy treats a variety of conditions through soft tissue manipulation and joint mobilizations. Typically clients are referred to our RMT with a variety of complaints including neck and back pain, headaches or migraines, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Sciatica, ankle sprains, knee or hip injury, foot discomfort, muscle spasms, pregnancy related ailments, overuse and sports injuries, and surgical rehabilitation.
Registered massage therapy is a clinically-proven modality. It not only promotes relaxation and relieves tension and pain, but is designed to prevent and enhance physical function and promote optimal health and well-being. Much like chiropractic care, massage therapy is safe for individuals of all ages, including children, women who are pregnant, and the elderly.
